Peak has partnered with XYZ Co. to assess your soft skills, mindset, workplace behavior, core values, and hard skills to give your leaders better understanding of your current and potential capabilities.

We believe that this range of assessments will allow you to display your strengths in every area. We also believe that people can develop each of these skills with effort over time.

Big 5 to Thrive

This is an assessment that gauges a participants aptitude in five core qualities for success: adaptability, empathy, emotional intelligence, mindset, and resilience. These five core skills are the main contributors to success in the workplace.

Corematch

This is an assessment that allows your core values to be matched with the core values of your organization, leaders, and team.

Hard Skills TestinG

Candidates will receive a test link for the topics requested by the hiring organization directly to their emails. Check out the full eSkill Subject Library here.

Work Ethic Index

The Work Ethic Index is a series of short-answer questions to help the hiring organization and Peak assess the participants general workplace mindset. The included prompts request information about previous successes and failures to gauge a person’s ability to be honest and learn from the past.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) assessment

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a fancy term for “going the extra mile.” This assessment asks participants to rate their desire and frequency of doing additional or helpful tasks in the workplace - that aren’t in their job description and probably won’t be directly rewarded for.
