What Our Process Looks Like
+ Application
Send in your resume to our recruiters at team@peaktcs.com and fill out the pre-application. Need help with your resume? Check out this blog for some free advice or request our resume writing services here.
+ Interview
You may be contacted by a recruiter to schedule an interview to assess your experience, career goals, and work preferences. Wondering how to dress for your interview? Check this out. Want some advice on how to interview successfully? Read this article.
+ Orientation
If you are hired, you will receive a manual containing Peak's policies and procedues. Depending on your assignment, you may receive additional training and orientation specific to your new job.
+ Paperwork and ID Documents
As a Peak employee, you will have to complete state and federal tax forms, I-9 form, and proof of identity. You may also want to bring your banking information if you would like to use a direct deposit.
+ Reference & Background Checks / Drug Screen
Peak will contact previous employers to verify the information you have given us. You must also be willing to submit to a drug screen and national background check.
